Costa studied Drawing and Painting with Maria Bonomo and Literature and Art History at the University of Buenos Aires. He proposes a conceptual approach to painting via installations, object art and the intervention of spaces and media not destined for art. Chilindrón studied at the State University of New York. Her work also has its origins in conceptual art, based on investigation of the relationship between perceptual and physical experience. Costa and Chilindrón exhibit their work in Latin America, the United States and Europe, and have collaborated on numerous projects. They joined forces to make clothing and a wig constructed from repeated layers of acrylic at the Experimental Workshop, dressing their models in an allusion to body painting charged with irony.
